Abstract: 

Community policing approach acquires to gain the people's trust with giving high-quality SERVICES. So attracting their participating and partnership. The main question of the research is: what are the Aspects and indices of the quality of POLICE SERVICES in POLICE stations? Logically and randomly Numbers of POLICE stations have been selected. Sampling size counted 142 persons On the basis of the daily average of referrals to POLICE stations and using the Cochran formulation. 121 completed questionnaires are collected and analyzed according to factors, aspects and indices. So 32 indices decreased in17 indices and 5 dimensions: possibility of trust, responsibility, assuring, sympathy, organizational policy.

Abstract: 

Background and Objectives: Social SERVICES body, due to enhancement of competition and in order to sustains its survival and increase its profitability has been obliged to offer more diverse and higher quality SERVICES. Due to importance of the quality elevated SERVICES, the question still remains unanswered: “How can the quality of POLICE SERVICES be assessed? The present research conducted aiming at assessment of POLICE SERVICES quality all over the POLICE forces offices.Method: Factors impacting the quality of POLICE SERVICES identified through reviewing the research literature. Then, the disagreement between public’s view and management of POLICE SERVICES offices reviewed through using various statistical tests (T test). Next, ServQual model was used for assessment of POLICE SERVICES quality.Findings: There is significant difference between management of POLICE SERVICES and the public regarding the quality of SERVICES provided by POLICE forces.Conclusion: Speed in offering public’s required SERVICES are the first prioritized constituent is identified for apply reforms in manner of offering SERVICES.

Abstract: 

Background and objectives: Identifying existing and effective obstacles on the quality of POLICE SERVICES and increasing social desirability is one of the current needs of I.R.I. POLICE. Based on this, the aim of the current research was to identify the obstacles to providing desirable POLICE SERVICES in the POLICE station and the solutions to remove the obstacles from the desirable POLICE SERVICES in the POLICE stations.Methodology: In terms of its objectives the current research is of an applied research type and qualitative in terms of the nature of the data. Its statistical population was the heads of Mazandaran POLICE stations (officers with more than ten years of service). Sampling was done in a purposeful way and with the priority of chiefs of POLICE stations in Mazandaran province. Sampling and conducting interviews with participants continued until reaching theoretical saturation, which was about 23 people. Also, a semi-structured interview was used to collect data. Data analysis was done based on thematic analysis techniques using MAXQDA software.Findings: The findings from the data analysis showed that the barriers to providing good POLICE SERVICES in POLICE stations are classified into four categories of "legal and legislative, human resources, technology and equipment and structural barriers" and the provided solutions include five types of "legal and legislative solutions, educational, human resources, structural and logistic solutions".Results: The results of the research showed that educational solutions are considered as the most important solutions according to the number of themes extracted, which included three factors of judicial affairs education, specialized education, empowerment and public education. Each of the above-mentioned factors includes solutions such as continuous training of consultants, providing specialized and periodical trainings, holding general trainings, installing educational posters (banners) at the field level, improving the level of knowledge and information of educational managers and executives, creating a suitable environment for providing counseling, improving law enforcement and judicial knowledge, recruiting psychologists for the cops, etc.

Abstract: 

To clarify POLICE plans and SERVICES is intended to expand efficiency and competency of POLICE duties and also to increase the POLICE prestige in public, so that POLICE can prevent from crime, reduce social conflict, increase people satisfaction and also can increase POLICE - people participations. Therefore the important question is how can POLICE clarify its plans and SERVICES. As a result of POLICE jurisdiction which cover the whole community, the clarification of POLICE plans and SERVICES are as follow: documentation of POLICE plans & SERVICES and their dissemination to whole community; namely, documentation of POLICE plans & SERVICES and their dissemination can be a method that will be introduced here to clarify POLICE plans and SERVICES.

Abstract: 

Since a few decades ago, privatization was conducted in countries such as Iran, to decrease the government incumbency. Governmental disciplinary organizations and POLICE have fulfilled this privatization [POLICE+10 agencies] by giving some SERVICES such as acceptance, evaluation, register and sending documents to passport issuance unit since 2003. Consequently, as to the importance of privatization, this study was conducted to assess passport issuance service in POLICE+10 agencies in Tehran. The present implicational survey fortify as before and after study in responders about issued practices in passport issuance. In theoretical framework of study the researchers used from privatization theories and economical theories, history of privatization in disciplinary force, scientific studies and library documents. Then in a survey on population study, two groups with 60 people contain disciplinary forces and clients of POLICE+10 agencies, data collected by a self-structured questionnaire and analyzed through SPSS by descriptive and analytic methods such as paired t-test and chi-square tests. Results of study showed a direct significant association' after privatization in national expansion of information technology and clients satisfactory but an inverse significant association observed in official controls, documents maintenance and safeguarding and decrease in official controls, documents maintenance and safeguarding and security practices.

Abstract: 

A B S T R A C TThe effective role of the POLICE in creating order and security is one of the most important variables affecting tourists' satisfaction. The current research aims to identify ways to improve pilgrims' satisfaction with POLICE management SERVICES in Mashhad. The research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in nature. The participants were selected from three groups, including POLICE experts, tourism specialists, trustees, and those involved in the affairs of tourist accommodation places and service, commercial and hospitality centers. The data of the qualitative stage were obtained from 13 semi-structured interviews and were analyzed using a qualitative content analysis approach. The results of the findings of this stage became the basis for the design of the questionnaire for the Delphi survey. The number of participants in the Delphi survey was 40. The calculation of Kendall's consensus coefficient was based on the consensus in the survey stages. This value is between 0 and 1; the closer the calculated number is to 1, the higher the degree of agreement and consensus. In the second stage of the Delphi survey phase, this value was higher than the acceptable limit (0.5) in all dimensions, and therefore, the opinion polling process was stopped. So, the values of Kendall's consensus coefficient about improving the satisfaction of pilgrims with the POLICE by three dimensions, including urban traffic and transportation, tourist accommodation places, and service, commercial and hospitality centers, are respectively 0.72, 0.71, and 0.66. The results of this research include practical approaches to improve religious tourists' satisfaction with POLICE SERVICES in Mashhad Extended AbstractIntroductionHowever, suppose the law enforcement management performs well by adopting effective measures and methods in preventing, confronting, and controlling violations, crimes, and violations. In that case, it can provide a reliable image of the public image of Mashhad as a destination by improving the satisfaction of religious tourists (pilgrims). Draw the main religious tourism in the country, the region, and even the Islamic world in the minds of tourists. After Tehran, Mashhad is considered Iran's largest metropolis and spiritual capital, and its urban population is increasing every year. Every year, millions of eager pilgrims from all over the country and other Islamic countries visit Mashhad to visit the royal court of Hazrat Samen-Al-Hajj. According to the statistics provided by the Director-General of the Pilgrim Welfare Affairs Office of Khorasan Razavi Governorate in 2018, more than 28 million and 590 thousand pilgrims (religious tourists) visited the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS), of which more than 3.5 million; it consists of foreign pilgrims (mostly from Arabic-speaking countries such as Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Yemen, and Urdu-speaking countries from India and Pakistan, as well as Turkey and Azerbaijan). Mashhad also has a particular position in the country due to its geographical, religious, and cultural conditions. It is important to note that over 30 million pilgrims visit the city of Mashhad annually, which is three times the city's population of 3.5 million. Therefore, it is crucial to effectively manage the reception and satisfaction of these religious tourists, especially on such a large scale. Thus, the present study emphasizes increasing the satisfaction of Imam Reza (AS) pilgrims in Mashhad, and the main issue of the research is religious tourism and law enforcement management from the point of view of experts. MethodologyThe present study is mixed research (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of practical purpose and the nature of the data. Tourism and experts in the field of research were identified by the method of "improbable and targeted sampling," and an interview was conducted. For this study, four groups of participants were selected, including POLICE experts, religious tourism specialists, individuals in charge of tourism accommodation and service centers, and those in the business and hospitality industry. Due to the heterogeneity of the groups, initial estimates were made based on every 10 participants, resulting in 40 Delphi panel members. Results and discussionIn the present study, sub-questions were developed according to the purpose of the research. These questions are ways to improve the satisfaction of pilgrims from law enforcement SERVICES in Mashhad in three main categories; "urban traffic and transportation," "tourist accommodation," and "service centers." "Commerce and Hospitality." A questionnaire to examine these three categories was used to answer the research sub-questions. Answers to some of the research questions were possible by examining descriptive statistics such as frequency/percentage, mean, and standard deviation of the answers given, and answers to some other questions were possible by the inferential analysis of the collected data by calculating the Kendall coordination coefficient and average categories. According to the results, the Kendall agreement's value for 7 sub-categories related to "urban traffic and transportation in Mashhad" increased from 0.451 in the first round of the Delphi survey to 0.716 in the second round. The value of the Kendall agreement coefficient for 12 sub-categories related to "tourist accommodation places in Mashhad" increased from 0.435 in the first round of the Delphi survey to 0.711 in the second round. The value of the Kendall agreement coefficient for 11 sub-categories related to "service, commercial, and hospitality centers in Mashhad" increased from 0.387 in the first round of the Delphi survey to 0.657 in the second round. ConclusionDue to reaching an acceptable consensus among the members participating in the Delphi survey regarding how to improve the pilgrims' satisfaction with the law enforcement management SERVICES in Mashhad, the three main categories of the Delphi survey were completed. Based on the research findings, it is suggested that based on the results, in the discussion of traffic and urban transportation in the holy city of Mashhad, creating one-way routes to the holy shrine of Razavi is the priority in promoting pilgrims' satisfaction, so it is necessary in order to facilitate the passage of pilgrims to the holy shrine, traffic plans around the holy shrine of Razavi have been reviewed, and one-way traffic routes have been created. Also, since in the component related to law enforcement management SERVICES in the discussion of traffic and urban transportation in Mashhad, the parking in commercial areas is one of the most critical issues and it seems that parking the car in a suitable place is one of the concerns have been raised. Abstract: 

Introduction: today using ICT has made fundamental changes in POLICE function. So POLICE trend is scientific and knowledge-based. According to this trend, following indicators are created: inform and train, trust building, promotion of public participations, receiving information and crime reports system and making a special unif for accountability of women. The purpose of this research is to study the role of ICT in process of continuity of POLICE station SERVICES. Method: the research is an applicable and measurable one. The tool of gathering data is library and researcher made questionnaire. The statistical population is all 220 staffs in Karaj POLICE stations whom were selected via random sampling using Cochran formula To analyze the found data person correlation method was used. Findings: the findings of correlation analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between training, trust building promotion of public participations, receiving information and crime reports system and process of continuity of POLICE station SERVICES. Conclusion: this research data shows that ICT baked on its power, can play a significant role in trust building and, promotion of public participation, and makes the process of continuity of POLICE SERVICES much better.

Abstract: 

Background and purpose: POLICE stations are responsible for establishing order and security in the city. Its good, decisive and authoritative performance can lead to providing a satisfactory platform for executive performance and increasing the influence and authority of the POLICE as a symbol of the government's power in establishing social security. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the processes of providing the desired SERVICES to achieve the satisfaction of the citizens. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating how to provide SERVICES in the POLICE station and its relationship with the improvement of citizens' satisfaction.Method: This research is a descriptive survey in terms of practical purpose and in terms of method. The target population is the clients of the consultation and support department of POLICE station 11 of Tabriz city POLICE command, which was determined using the Karjesi and Morgan table and the available sampling method, with a sample size of 92 people. The data collection tool was four researcher-made questionnaires, which were used to analyze the data using one-sample t-test, independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance.Findings: The findings showed that the quality of service provided by the POLICE stations was at a favorable level from the point of view of the clients; Also, there is a difference between the attitude of clients according to the type of service provided to them and between the attitude of clients in solving personal problems according to their marital status, p<0.05; However, there is no difference between the attitude of the clients according to their age and education and between the attitude of the clients regarding family issues, legal issues and social issues according to their marital status.Conclusion: The degree of desirability of the quality of providing the four SERVICES in the aforementioned POLICE station was one of the most important factors influencing the improvement of citizens' satisfaction in the sense of social security. Also, considering that the evaluation of the quality of SERVICES in the public service sector in POLICE stations using the adjusted Serqual index based on the four SERVICES in POLICE stations in Iran is done for the first time, this research can open new doors. open for further research.
